Health hazard Since the abnormal fish is not harmful to human, it is no problem in food hygine.
Diagnosis Check the presence or absence of dorsal fins.
Other information It is speculated that the loss of dorsal fins is caused by management of fish rearing, possibly a malnutrition during the period of fry (Momoyama and Tensha, 2006).
